Pre-registration and submission forms and more information about the 2014 Health Clinics are available on the CCRCA 2014 Specialty Website.

Pre-registration is highly recommended. There is no guarantee there will be extra sampling supplies available for on-site registrations.

Curlies not attending specialty can be tested with a vet verified OFA form submitted. By participating in the health clinic and receiving the discounted rate, you must agree to allow submission of all test results to the OFA as well as the EIC, GSD and PRA databases.

Information on health clinics at all breed shows after the specialty at Purina Farms also will be provided as it becomes available.

Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) $55 + 3%
Glycogen Storage Disease IIIa $75 + 3%
Cone-Rod Dystrophy 1-PRA (Cord1-PRA) $55 + 3%
MyDogDNA (includes diversity panel, GSD, PRA Cord1 and many others) $90 + 3%
All prices include the OFA submission fee which is normally $15.00 Microchipping will be available, details to be announced.
